SRW means single rear wheel. DRW means dual rear wheel, or dually. The better choice depends on weight and how often you tow.
A single rear wheel diesel is easier to park, narrower, cheaper to tire, and simpler to live with every day. It can tow very well when the trailer stays inside payload, axle, and tire ratings.
A dually gives more rear tire capacity and more stability with heavy pin weight. It usually feels more planted with larger fifth wheels, goosenecks, and heavy equipment trailers. The tradeoff is width, six tires, rougher empty ride, and more hassle in tight places.
If you tow heavy often, DRW is usually the right tool. If you tow moderate weight and drive the truck empty a lot, SRW may be better. Let the loaded trailer weight, pin or tongue weight, and door sticker decide.
